We are currently in need of Software Engineers / Software Programmers with a decent background in JAVA/J2EE/FLEX/AJAX related technologies. If you have any friends or relatives that are currently looking out for Opportunities in the above Technologies, feel free to refer them and submit their resume. They would undergo an initial preliminary screening after they will undergo a detailed induction program on Advanced Web 2.0 Technologies, Advanced J2EE/JAVA & Adobe Flex Technologies.

For every referral, NextXAP will pay a referral bonus of upto $1000* to the employee making a Successful referral**.

The Background/Pre-Requisites

One of the Following skills are preferred along with Strong OOP background -
1. Java Developers with good JAVA skills (Any JAVA Certification/Training is plus)
    Core Java/JSP and Servlets skills A MUST.

2. C++ Developers are also welcome.

3. C# Developers with .NET background

Along with the above, it would be nice to have one or more of the following
Exposure on Web Technologies such as HTML / AJAX / JAVAScript / CSS / XML.

Note: Applicants can be Fully Experienced/Semi Experienced Professionals, Beginners or Freshers. Decent Object Oriented programming skills is a MUST.
CANDIDATES NEED NOT HAVE PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE.

Soft Skills required
i. Good Communication skills and impressive demonstration skills.
ii. Ability to learn quickly and perform dynamically.
iii. Willingness to work as a fulltime Employee (on W2 either Salaried/Hourly).
iv. Willingness to invest time/effort into the Training program on requirement basis.
